Modern gîte with saltwater pool shared with the owners. Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by greenery, yet not isolated—let the birds wake you up each morning. Your hosts are happy to offer tips for excursions and sightseeing. Start a hike right from your gîte or explore the many trails around the old village of Poët-Laval, the starting point of the "Sentier des Huguenots" since June 2010. The location is ideal for visiting the region or accompanying someone to the 'Dieulefit Santé' medical center just 4 km away. The duplex gîte includes: A ground-floor living area (approx. 25 m²) with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining area, and a kitchen equipped with microwave, mini oven, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a large fridge/freezer. Free Wi-Fi is available. Baby equipment (folding cot) can be provided on request. Upstairs, a mezzanine (max height 165 cm) features a 140 cm bed (new mattress). Bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. Towels are available for an extra charge. Outside, enjoy a shaded table, terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, and a large garden. The owners do everything to ensure you have a great holiday and want to return! A cleaning option is available for an extra charge. This does not exempt you from sorting and taking out rubbish or washing dishes. Electric vehicle charging is not included.
